Step 3: Utilizing MS Project software a budget is established as quickly as possible in order to determine the scope of your project and the commitments required. As the drawings and specifications develop, the schedule and costs are further defined.
The clearer you are on what you want, the more accurate this will be.
At completion of the construction documents, competitive bids are solicited from a pre - determined group of subcontractors and suppliers that have been vetted for their commitment to quality, efficiency and teamwork.
Step 4: During construction Skihome will be in contact with you regularly to give you progress reports on the build and the budget.
With a cost plus or management contract the client is updated monthly as to progress and changes in cost relative to the budget.
Skihome will work with your architect and/or designer to make sure your vision is executed with precision and professionalism.
